Got Some Swole V2 On the Way...

i've used just plain creatine monohydrate on and off for few years now. when i first tried it, i gained a good 6 pounds and stayed that way so long as i took it everyday... when the cancer got me, i stopped and didn't come back to using it until the last year and a half or so... i guess it still works. i can't tell anymore... it seems as though the results might be blurred to me now. anyway, i'm 9 days into my pct and i've been feeling a little down. so, i bought a tub of swole v2 and i'm hoping it might provide that little extra pump to motivate me thru this less-than-euphoric post cycle and off cycle. whatcha think? might it be just what i'm looking for... a little kick in the ass? oh yeah, i'm currently taking creatine mono, 5g ED. will this allow for a quicker response to the swole?

Ya, a lot of people save their creatine till post cycle. Swole is good stuff too, pumps me up.

Swole is a good choice.

One thing I will say is, be careful of the qty..........too much will create a HUGE pump that actually hurts. I'm sure I am not the only one that experienced this.

I put this next to V12

Was thinking about going on creatine also, was thinking of either swole, v12 or cex. Anyone tried these?
Did you have to load?
How much was too much, did you follow the directions as far as quantity?

there is no loading with swole or v12. cex, i know nothing about.

Best for me was v12, swole a close second, then no xplode.

With all, I followed the directions.

i'll probably try cex next. so far, v12 has my bid.

2 weeks??? this is only gonna last 30 days!!!
well, we'll see if it's worth the money... to me, that means it keeps me distracted from being "off" between cycles.
will it be easy to get pumped up any time of the day? the reason i'm asking is b/c if it does, i will be sure to do more "pump-then-stretch" sessions... there is something about those that i just love!
thanks again everyone.

well everyone is different, but the creatine needs to get into your system. No one can tell you how you're going to respond.. may be great, may be nothing. I love the stuff.

btw.. I meant one week. When I said 'by the second week', I meant by the start of the second week. Again, that's just me.

good luck.

I just bought the Swole V2, so If I understand well there is no loading, and it said to take it 2 times a day. My fitness nutrition guy told me to take it in the am and in the pm and 12 hours between each scoop. Do you thing that only 1 scoop will be okay, or I should always take 2 to scoop. And How long should I take it, and how long should I be off from it.

Please I need guidance on this.

no, there is no loading with swole.

one scoop will still raise your muscle creatine levels... but 2, as instructed, *may* be optimal (or syntrax just wants more of your money ). If you're more comfortable with one scoop, start with it & see how it goes.

I don't think Swole had a cycle recommedation last time I had it. v12 recommends 8 weeks on, 4 weeks off. As a general guideline with any creatine I take, I follow this schedule. Many people do not cycle creatine usuage, but I do to be a little extra cautious.

Thank's for your respond, I was really insecure with it, cause I did never took creatine before, but now I think that I'm ready for it if I do really want to give a push on adding some lbm. I think I will cycle it too, just to be secure as well

About day 10 (give or take) it depends on how your body responds.

thanks again everyone.

This depends on how your body responds to SwoleV.2. Everyone is dif. Try to keep a daily log. Anytime you work out, you should get a pump while taking Swole or any creatine that's worth while. I only recommend V12 and Swole. There was a creatine I use to take however my husband was the one purchasing the supps at the time, so I don't remember what brand it was....but it worked REALLY for me. It was in a black tub (small) with gray pinstriping. I can picture it in my head, but to recognise the name.....no way If I could remember, I'd go back to it in a heart beat.

When the 12 hour schedule stops working for you, it's time to take note and experiement. Me for example, I was starting to adapt to the 12 hour schedule....Played around with "timing" and took mental note of how I felt. Through this, I learned (for me) taking Swole 3 hours before my work out and then immediately after worked rather well (AFTER the 12hour mark stopped working.)

i've also heard that you need to drink lots of water (4L+) to maximize the effects... correct?

Is it really necessary to take another creatine supplement while taking swole?

No. Swole is a creatine supplement, along with other ingredients.

Thanks.
I knew it was but I wasn't sure if they skimped on the creatine like BSN did with NO Xplode allthough bsn says there is sufficient creatine in there but they wont tell you how much. BSN pissed me off they act like its a big secret and its hard to get a straight answer out of them like they've just developed this revolutionary product and dont want anyone to find out any details.

swole has 3 grams of dicreatine malate.. taking at the recommended 2x per day, you'd be getting 6 grams/day.. plenty IMO.

can't really tell. i'm drinking a little less water and consuming less calories than is required but i'm not on anything else and am now 2 weeks out of pct... and strength is still going up! pumps are good. don't know if i'll stay on it... too expensive vs plain old monohydrate.
