I'm trying to gain mass, when I joined the gym I was 197lb, that was 7 weeks ago. Now I'm 190lb, I'm eating right (enough protein, close to my body wt in grams of protein) working out on a 3 day split and using ON 100% whey protein. I just went to my local GNC to get more whey protein and I saw Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass powder. Should I try a weight gaining powder since I'm not putting on any mass???

i use ON serious mass for bulking, but i throw in protein powder to make it a little better for me.
cutting sucks.
