    So, I heard casien micellean protien is the best slow digesting protein. I did some searching and learned t-nation has "rediscovered" it, and then introduced it as an additive into their low carb grow supplement.

    Supposedly the first met-rx whey powder had micellean, but then, according to t-nation, they got greedy and cut it out due to its high expense. Anyways I just thought this article is interesting. I also ordered a jug of it too, to see if it really is the new "miracle" whey...
