I don't take both together darlin. sometimes i take flax with my protein shakes at night, sometimes fish oils with a meal or with my breakfast, or sometimes i down my shake to chase down a bunch of fish oils.Originally Posted by Randy

I took the fish oil once and I was sick that same night, so psychologically I won't take fish oil any more.
