    Bad trip....

I just returned from an event at a local gym where they held a promotionl party offering massages, different health foods, supplements, and all types of different things. Among all this there a lot of trainers willing to answer all types of free info. I decided to ask about their views on an ECA stack. They shared very UN motivating information! They said anything from "ECA alone won't help you lose much fat. It has an appetite suppressing effect and very mild thermogenic effect (less than 1 percent), so you may sweat a little more and eat a little less and lose a little bit of fat"
ECA is for increased energy (to train harder during calorie restirction) and slight but short-lived appetite suppression. Don't expect much more from it"
"ECA will help control your appetite, but that's about it"

Hmmmmm, Is this just a bit unmotivating?

Unmotivating in what way? Are you unmotivated to take ECA? It has quite noticeable appetite suppressing properties, and the thermogenic effect isn't large. It is higher than 1%, though. What it will help your body do is tap into fat stores on a caloric deficit. Of course, these people were promoting products they want you to buy. ECA isn't one of them. They would rather you buy their snake oil. Here is what you need to know about ECA:
