What are some Natural Sups to raise Testosterone?

Ya i was wondering about some natural sups that raise testosterone. I heard that ZMA can do that. I just quit using roids about 8 months ago. So im looking for natural ways to help on Protein Synthesis, Testosterone, and Healing.

Eat plenty of mono unsaturated fats, like natty PB, keep stress low, and get your rest. This will optimize test levels better than any supplement on the legal market.

I thought he meant chewing tobacco or something. No, I meant stress in general. Chew your food up well.

Right, that is one of the 7 ingrediants in Anabolic-Matrix Rx.

However, do not just go with any Tribulus, the majority on the market are garbage.
