Creatine and Protein
Is it okay to take Creatine while taking protein shakes? I don't mean mixing the two, but taking at separate times. Thanks

sure...don't let your creatine stay in solution long. mix it up and slam it right down
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
