    Good supplement

I am 15 years old and I bench 120 lbs. Are there any supplements out there that can help me get stronger without any side effects? It needs to be legal and good for my health. Do supplements work?

Yes, suppliments work. But the thing that works the best, by far, is a proper diet. You need to be getting at least 1g of protein for every pound of your body weight. You also need to make sure you are getting plenty of good carbs(rice, oatmeal, veggies, whole grain breads, pasta) and drinking at least a gallon of water a day. Suppliments alone aren't going to get you anywhere. You have to get the basics down first. You also need to eat at least 4 meals a day. I eat 7-8 meals a day to make sure I can get everything in. The only suppliment that you need to worry about is possibly getting some protein powder to make shakes for right after you lift.

Start with a Whey Protein shake right after your workout and a Casein Protein shake before bed. That'll help you out.

You're not going to gain much if you don't eat right throughout the day, though. Your diet is 80% of the battle.

diet diet diet, and proper training. Many younger people make the mistake of just training the beach muscles, but you gotta hit it all. After these two come multivitamins and protein like everyone else suggested.
