    what is better? and why?, the products seems to be the same

    Yep , its pretty much the same ... I just went with a friend to a fitness store and the guy there had a chart with v-12 / swole / xplode / and another brand , dont remember... v-12 and xplode were the same except xplode had a small amount of something that v-12 didnt have , I dont remember what exactly , but I doubt it changes much.
    When a goal is reached comes satisfaction . You're accomplished as a person when you surpass those goals .
