so how does this stuff work? if I bought http://www.bulknutrition.com/?products_id=58 this would I mix it with this http://www.bulknutrition.com/?products_id=820 would I basicly have 4derm since they ran out at bulknutrition?

Go to customnutritionwarehouse.com and check out their 4-AD powder ($0.85/gram) and t-gel/customizing gel. You can make your own custom transdermal. Add 10 grams of 4-AD powder to the t-gel and you'll have a great transdermal.
