    Creatine question....

did some searching couldnt find exact answer i was looking for...here goes....

will you get the same gains whether you're cutting or bulking on your creatine cycle?

i'm about to cut when i get back home from the holidays, but dont want to waste $$ on creatine if i wont get the best gains since i'll be cutting, or should i just wait and start my creatine cycle at the next bulk?......

    ......any help appreciated....thanks.....

creatine does not directly increase LBM it increases the amount of fluid stored in the muscle therefore the actual gains from creatine are water weight. however the extra fluid in your muscle will give you extra strength and also improves the flow of nutrients to the muscle. Creatine is great for bulking when you want your body to be at its most anabolic state it is also useful in cutting as it has anti-catabolic properties.

Yea many use continuously with no off time, cutting or bulking. Losing or gaining fat will depend on your diet, creatine won't effect this.
