Questions on Thermogenics/Fat Burners/Cutting
Ive taking hyroxycut with ephedra, and i just got on Vasopro. What is the actual effect on the body? I would assume increased temperature, but what else? While doing cardio, what should i keep my heart rate under for 50mg Vasopro?
Should i be running or using a tread climber for burning bf?
Will wearing heavier cloths like a hoodie and sweats help?
What is the best fat burner? or combination of burners. Im going to be cutting, while still training over christmas break, and ive got 1 month. The freshmen 15 must go, its starting to effect my game. I have the loot for the good/better product if its worth it. I have time to mix several supps, acids, whatever so what is the ultimate combo for 1 month.
