cycle san v12 turbo and another question.
Hi,
I've bought san v12 turbo, the container just for 25 days, i have some questions: 1. Is that good to take this product twice a day for 25 days and after that rest about a month from creatine, and go back with the v12 turbo? 2. I think to do this: * If I'm Training in the morning: Breakfast, After 30mins 1 scoop of v12 turbo, 30 mins later - practice. 30 mins after training - 1 sccop * If I'm training in the afternoon: 1 Scoop right after waking up, 30mins later, breakfast. 1 Scoop 30 mins before training. * Non training day: 1 Scoop right after waking up, 30mins later, breakfast. 1 Scoop 6-8 hours later. |

1. san does recommend you go 8 weeks on, 4 weeks off. You make your own decision. I follow the instructions.
2. just space it 8 -12 hours apart! If you work out in the morning, take it before you workout & then again later afternoon/early evening. san also recommends only taking one serving on off days. everything you asked & everthing i said is on the instructions! ![]() |
