I haven't started, but this is the lis of stuff a plan to use (Not by brands and in order by importance IMO):

2-Creatine Ethyl Esther HCl
3-Multi Vitamins + B Complex
4-Nitric Oxide Booster
5-Testosterone Booster
6-Glutamine

Since I haven't been working in a while, I wanna go back to the gym and get the max in the less time possible!!!
I wanna get huge!!! Cuz I'm tired of just getting mediocre results, also I plan to use flaxseed oil and maybe get a box of MRP bars.
I had a surgery and lost 12 lb in 8 days in the hospital, it was like 4 months ago, so I can't lift heavy weights yet, but by the way I feel, by January I should be ready to hit the weights as before.
Now, let's see how many people agree or how many think I'm nuts!!!![]()
And don't forget to post your comment and/or list of supplements!!!![]()
Peace...

10 Things You Must Do to Gain Muscle Mass!
1. food
2. water
3. whey protein after workout only
As gococks said the key to growth is a well balanced diet. From your list I wouldn't bother with glutamine, weight gainer, nitric oxide, or Test booster (whatever that is). Save the money and invest in real food.

Glutamine peptides maybe. Clinical studies on l-glutamine aren't that good.Originally Posted by musclepump

I wasn't sure about the glutamine. Some people told it doesn't worth it. I thought it was gonna be helpful, to reduce muscle soreness, since I haven't been working for about 4 months.
The Testosterone Booster I was planning to use is the Instone's Forza T or the Acetabolan III(cuz I have good reference about it).
And of course I'm planning to eat a lot of good food!!!
And thank for the link GodcockDJS.

Son, that is a short list. Now, as to your list.Originally Posted by Flakko

2 -- nice choice
3 -- worthwhile
4 -- waste
5 -- "test boosters" are generally bunk. Dont waste your time and money on the Instone product, and the acetebolan crap I am pretty sure is just a muscletech prohormone.
6 -- waste
Flax oil is a good choice, so is fish oil.
After reviewing the link posted by GodcockDJS, I changed my list.
This is how it looks now:
1-FOOD
2-Weight Gainer
3-Creatine (CEE)
4-Multi Vitamins
5-Flaxseed Oil
Anyway I already have the Intone's Forza -T, so I'll give it a shot.
But I think that's how I'll keep my list, but nobody else is posting his/her list. what's happening???
Ya don't wanna say what u using???![]()

Someday....I will be like you....
Creatine Ethyl Esther HCl ---> This is just a personnal imput , but Id try another kind of creatine , I havnt had the best results with that. Maybe its just me , but I wasnt too impressed.
When a goal is reached comes satisfaction . You're accomplished as a person when you surpass those goals .
1: Whey
2: MRP
3: CEE
4: Taurine
5: BCAA's
6: Glutamine
7: ALA
8: ZMA
9: Tribulus
10: Multi-Vits + Vit B
11: Fish oil
dropping the CEE and Trib for 1-AD and 4-AD in Jan, will restart them both on my PCT
Wow, you guys are pretty intense with supps. Here's my current list.
1. Creatine Monohydrate
2. MRP's
3. Whey Protein
4. Multi-Vitamin
Gonna start a 1-AD/4-AD stack around 5th of January. I'll probably keep everything else the same throughout.
dont get a weight gainer man, its just sugar
Questionguy, the thing is that I need to get calories, a lot of calories and I can't be eating all day long. And if I take only whey protein, u know most of them are low in carbs and low in calories.
I could have one or two large/medium meals a day, but then I'll need to supply my body with more calories, but if I'm at work they only allow me to take one half hour break and when I work I work from 8 to 9.5 hours, so...
The only way is if I drink a serving of weight gainer in 2 or 3 minutes.
This is what I used to do, if for example I start working at 12pm:
Take a serving of weight gainer at 12pm, then take my lunch break at 3pm, then at 6pm eat a protein bar(Big 100 by Met Rx, those are good!!!) then after work at 8:30pm eat something like a tuna sandwich. Like that I could get a lot of calories. But if instead I would've taken a MRP based on whey protein like Isopure, that's only like 200 calories + milk like 400(and the Isopure MRP's are very low in carbs), but I wanted more calories, so that's why I rather used a gainer with 600 calories/serving.
Cuz I'm the type of person who doesn't like to mix a lot, usually I don't add fruits or anything else to my shakes, just milk or water and that's it.
But...
Maybe I can find a good whey protein with more carbs and calories. I know Muscle Milk has a decent amount of calories, but is low in carbs.

What is keeping you from eating all day? I eat my own little weight gainer/whey shake in the morning, a peanut butter sandwhich inbetween third and fourth period, then i eat my lunch, then i get home and eat something before i go to the gym, then i come home and drink my post workout shake, then comes dinner time, then comes cottage cheese and milk time and I restart everything the next day.
There are always ways behind it. Don't ever stoop down to the level of weight gainer. What a waste.
