supplement for keeping fat off.. ?

im trying to be trying to put on as much muscle as i can, and i want to use a supplement to keep from getting fat.

which supplement do you guys prefer when trying to do this?

also, is cardio training, like walking on my treadmill, recommended to help this?

LOL - Depends on your aerobic level. Some people get a cardio workout walking and others need to jog, run or sprint. Depends on your fitness level.

As far as supplement for keeping fat down to a minium, SesaThin mighy be helpful. Many people have used it while bulking to keep fat gain down.

I think that the humor derived from your question...
"i want to use a supplement to keep from getting fat...is cardio training, like walking on my treadmill, recommended to help this?"

It's kinda like asking, "Hey I wanna get wet.... will standing in the shower help me do this?" The answer is yea but only if you turn the water on.

ANY calorie burn is going to burn fat. The amount of fat burned all depends on how hard and consistantly you hammer the cardio. Plus there is your metabolism to consider... There are several threads here that are pretty insightful. Now is there some miricle pill out there that will enable you to gain tons of lean mass and not gain any fat in the process? None that are legal that I am aware of. You'll have people swear over products as if thier very lives depended on it and in the same thread you'll have other (respected members) completey object to the same product.

Diet is key IMO. Look to Jodi for advice on that subject. She has several fantastic posts throughout the forum.

ohh okay, well i asked if it was recommended, because someone told me that if i did to much cardio it could burn muscle instead of fat, but yeah i guess.. now i feel stupid.

SesaThin, and/or PhenoGen. Its what the former is very good at, and what the latter was designed for (and even better at).

If you are bulking you will most likely gain a little fat because of the increase of calories, but then you can cut. Muscle-Tech, with their new product Thermogain, is the only company in the history of the human race to ever make it possible to bulk and cut at the same time but they are the best ever so its only expected they would achieve the unachievable.
