    Supplement Help Needed

Hey guys, I'm new to the forums but not new to lifting. I never knew this site existed so I'm glad that I found it.

I've been lifting for just over 10 years now and I've tried quite a few supplements. I think I've wasted just about as much money on supplements as everyone else.

A little background: I'm 5'11", 205 lbs. I'm trying to gain more lean muscle mass as well as keep the fat off. The past few years I've just been using phosphagen HP from EAS, Lean System 7 for fat loss and L-Glutamine. I've been overseas for the last 10 years (Air Force) so I don't know much about the good and bad things out there.

So what's good out there? I'm looking at ordering some Anabolic-Matrix RX and some Creatine Ethyl Ester. They seem to get good reviews. But what else is good. I have to take drug tests from time to time so I definitely want to watch what I take.

I've been reading through all the other posts and taking notes and doing research so don't take it that I'm being lazy by asking about supplements in this post. My main concern is passing the drug test and it's not mentioned very much in the other threads. We've just been banned from using anything containing androstiendione so that's definitely out of the question.

I know what works for one may not work for another so I'm just looking for the names of so called "elite" supplements. Once I get the names I'll do the research.

    Thanks

These are good choices. Pro-hormones are popular and effective, but should be researched extensively before using. Your diet and workout are much more important than any supplements, though. I presume you are using whey, counting your protein and calories, etc? A good multi-vitamin and good recovery shake are very important as well.

Contrary to popular belief, kissing Rob's ass on your first post won't get you a discount.
