Sounds fine, I'd also rub it into the chest area. Just make sure to clean your hands after use so you don't inadvertently jack-up children or women with test!

I sprayed no more than 3 sprays at a time in my hand, because it gets to be a big pool and some spills out. Just spray 2 or 3 at a time and rub it into your stomach and chest. I didn't bother with gloves. I just washed my hands afterwards. Make sure you wait at least 5min before you put on a shirt and don't sweat it off for a couple hours.

I did the same thing but used latex gloves. Switch around application areas too.

I don't like using gloves. I just spray it right on my chest and rub it in. Then wash hands very well afterwards.

I didnt like using gloves, too much friction. I just squirt in palms and rub away. (that sounds wrong).

I agree, I never used gloves as I felt it was more effective to go 'bareback'.

That was my thought as well.

Why not simply spray it on a body part? Is there some reason not to?

Because you supposedly lose some of it in the spraying process. But I can't imagine it's anymore than what you lose spraying it into your hands and having it splash back out and then drip on the way from the hand to your bodypart. LOL.
