How do you measure and administer liquid timoxifen (to the mice)? Any special tools needed?

Yes, a bottle that you can draw from, and a serynge (sp)

    What's the concentration?

20MG/ML. Do you take it orally? Inject? Put it in your COOLAID?

Don't inject it into your neck with a 18 guage needle. I mean the necks of your mice.

Actually just draw it with an oral syringe that you can get from a pharmacy and shoot the foul tasting stuff in your mouth, chase it with something to get the taste out.

If you can hear your mice talk to you, that isn't tamoxifen you are ingesting, Luke.

My mice squeal whenever I give them this new version of nolva. The last batch was like candy to them. This new stuff is horrendous.

Why is it that everyone here administers Tamoxifen to rats or mice? Why not include non-human primates, rabbits, or maybe Guinea Pigs?

Because nothing breeds faster than mice/rats. I believe gestation is 21 days. If you accidently kill a few during an expirament, you'll have a new set of mice in 3 weeks.

I usually do my research on people, but cappo's argument for using rats has swayed me back to the cute little buggers. And they prefer their tamoxifen orally. Every time I inject them with it, they get really pissed and say things that make Luke's rats seem like Mickey Mouse.

Speaking of Luke, I wonder if he tests his "invisible ass cream" on his rats too?
