    Creatine...which brand, what form?

What brand of creatine does everyone use, and in what form? pills, powder, etc...

If powder, what do you take it with?

Are those creatine "syrums" (liquids) a bunch of bullshit, or worthwhile?

Thanks gopro... do you reccommend one more than the other? Is any one of them less harsh on the stomach?

Creatine isnt really harsh on the stomach
    Go for powder over syrup
If your looking for something cheap Monohydrate is good
If you want some quality stuff go for Ethyl Ester

I always did fairly well on a quality monohydrate. I did even better on sugar free "delivery systems" like V-12 and Swole. But now that I've used CEX, I will never use another brand again. The stuff rocks.

what do you take those "delivery systems" with? I've heard grape juice?

Also, what makes CEX better? and dare i ask how much it costs?

CEX is good because it uses CEE. However it is expensive.. You can buy regular CEE from customnutritionwarehouse.com

Thats the thing.. its not going to be better. Its the same shit. CEE is CEE any way you look at it. Ive never heard of thermolife, but I can vouch for customs product.

I have used regular CEE and the results were good. Then we added the crea-AKG and the results were far better. At first I thought that the crea-AKG would have zero effect, but it does. CEX is truly awesome stuff.

they are the biggest scam ever! OMG lemme tell ya!

before i knew a fraction of what i know now i bought a bottle of that shit after it was recommended to me in GNC (along with ProLabs N-Large, lol!), anyway cost about £40 for the bottle! i used it for 2 weeks then binned it! I remember thinking how hardcore i was in the locker room putting this dropper in my mouth and sqeezing 4 drops of it under my tounge, but foreal that sutff is BS! plenty of tests have shown that is virtually all creatinine (creatine waste product), basically its shit in a bottle, thats why no one with any knowledge uses it

monohydrate had a HUGE effect on me (esspecially 1st time i took it!), maybe its just me but i thought monohydrate worked better for me than V12 (or at least just as well), so unless CEE really impresses me i'll probably be sticking to monohydrate - plus its dead cheap

    peace
