Do ripping or cutting gel work? and how effective are they?

They will not perform miracles. In other words, you can't just rub them on a fat tummy and a few weeks later, BANGO, a six pack! However, if you are already pretty lean...10% BF or less...you will see some difference after a few weeks of use. The best way to use it is on your stubborn areas...those that seem to hold onto fat more readily than others. So, if you don't expect too much, and use it correctly, than, ripping/cutting gel is a decent product.

Im not sure if it works or not all I know is I was att my local GNC store I go there all the time there was the lady who works there and she was throwing away a bottle of cutting gel. I asked her if I could have it, she said no . Some lady had returned it for a full refund. It probably works for those who are all ready lean and ripped and who want to enhance their definition but if your a weekend warrior and like to suck down them brewskies and are looking for a quick fix save your money. I mean you could rub dog shit on your stomach and get the same result NOTHING, However either way you would have to shower
My advice save your money, Train hard, Diet smart and enjoy your life.
