Question The ban effective middle of Jan entails...

Does anyone know if fat burning products, PCT products, or of anything else besides PH/PS that will be banned by this legislation?

I need to know because if PCT products are also banned then not getting extra now will be pointless later...

As of Right now 6-OXO and other PCT's (Research Chems) are ok. But there is speculation that they will be cracking down on Research Chems.

    No one in particular....

Just comments you read here and there.

With the upcoming PH/PS ban and the implementation of the new Standards for Supplements and Manufacturing. http://www.fda.gov/bbs/topics/news/2004/NEW01130.html

There is an assumption that they will be cracking down on Research chems as well. It seems they really want to hamper down on these areas. So why would research chems not be a reasonable product to go after, especially considering the involvment of Pharm Companies in politcal decisions $$$$

it's not worth their time to go after research chems there is so few of them...

it's not like it would make it harder to get them anyway...it's easier to get stuff now of the Internet than it ever has been, that will never change. new legislation or not...too many people could give a rats ass about these laws

I wonder how long it will take until they realize banning PH/PS's is going to lead to quite an increase in AAS use.

it does not matter, the government acts out of political and financial motivations, if our health were a concern they would be banning tobacco.

This "ban" bill is to protect the financial interests of various companies, and to appear be "cracking down" so it reflects well on the themselves. They could care less if it leads to more AAS sells, as long as they appear to have done their part to protect the people.

bulk nutrition said 6-oxo wll be banned

Yeah its ridiculous... The whole logic behind banning it is to avoid detrimental health concerns that "may" follow from use (but specifically for reasons of abuse); yet they allow cigarettes to continue being sold massively and ruin the population's health. There have been hundreds of millions wasted on law suits and payouts for health concerns... we take these to improve our overall health and done the right way, the side effects can be minimized if not avoided.

I don't understand how this is the land of the free when our autonomy is simply an illusion because old fashioned congressman who have been in politics and not health science for decades deciding what we can and cannot do with our own lives and bodies. We no longer have the option to choose if we would like to take these or not; I've seen some of the congressional hearings on this and if you did also you would puke at their ignorance... it's pathetic.

Anyway, I have had some email correspondences with bulk nutrition and they informed me that 6-OXO will, in fact, be banned... so stock up now.

Well you're right, its all politics. The number one reason why cigarette is still legal is the fact that the government make a lot of tax revenue from these products. What do they get from prohormones? None. And cigarettes companies are huge on which the supplement industry is not even close to its huge global market. Its like a legal mafia taking control of the politics from the outside in; so there's a lot of pressure completely shutting them down.

Lol. Rick Collins said something similar to this in the bulk nutrition magazine a couple months ago. THat out of shape fools are scared of the 220 pound raging pile of muscle whose car they just backed into. He said their was a comment made by one of the lawmakers, asking if creatine was a steroid, and they said they were looking into it, and the girl said "if it works then we'll ban it." It's sad. 6-oxo is a safety product to prevent gyno and restore natural production, they just made it that much more dangerous by banning 6-oxo.
    back for the first time....
