    Multi Vitamins/Flax Oil/Fish Oil

    Hi.
I have a couple of questions if someone can answer.
I want to get big. I am lifitng weights and have whey protein, dymatize xpand, maltodextrin, dextrose, glutamine, egg protein at night.
But, is it oaky if I dont take a multivitamin. Most of them have animal ingredients that are not kosher. I can only have kosher.
Also, I have hearing that its good to have flax oil or fish oil. What are these oils for? Should I buy one of them or both. Like what is their purpose?
    Thanks again.
    Bye.

    Hi.

Thanks for all the information. I made another post asking a question about Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate. Are there another benefits of this product other than those temporary pumps. This is one of the ingredients in Dymatize Xpand. I mean if it does not have any other benefits, I will just buy Swole V2. V12 also has this ingredient but Xpand has twice the amount.
    Bye.

Swole is my personal favorite creatine. If one has twice the ingredients, just double the dosage if you want.

as long as you want to make it, let the mirror be your judge, most of us in here are pretty cut all of the time even when bulking, but if yhou want the "summer cut" then just cut untill you feel that you have reached a good bofyfat%, as for supps, i take redline from vpx, helped me really fast and works really great. Pro-homones for a cut or a bulk would best and could give you awesome results on cuting while still making you gain muscle..
