    ECA Stack and Insomnia???

    Hello,
I take the ECA stack 3 times daily and my latest dosage is at 2:30pm in the mid afternoon. I heard that it takes 3 to 4 hours for the effects to leave the system, so I can't understand why I am suffering from insomnia ever since I started 2 weeks ago?
Anyway, by your experiences, have any of you had insomnia at first> How long until the effects finally went away? How long until I can expect to have a normal sleep pattern again?

I guess a lack of sleep normally would not be a huge deal but as I am trying to lose body fat, they say we need plenty of sleep for proper recovery, and unfortunately I am at a plateau, and I blame it on the lack of sleep. Sometimes I only get a few hours, but usually 6 hours at the most ;-(

Any suggestions or helpful hints will be much appreciated, thank you.

It wouldn't seem that a 2:30 dose would affect your sleep but I suppose anything is possible. You might give melatonin a try. Very cheap. You can buy it at any drugstore.

it does the same thing to me as I am very sensitive to anything that stimulates the sympathetic nervous system...

try taking 2 full doses and make the 3rd a 1/2 dose and see what happens...
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
