    Question N-large 2 Question

I'm not getting enough calories in my daily diet to gain mass, I'm trying hard. Suppl I'm taking are ON 100% Whey and few days ago I started with a daily shake of N-Large 2 wt gainer after my routine. The N-Large 2 with about 16 oz of skim milk=760 calories, 52 gm of protein. I was wondering if you could take this twice a day, in the am and after my routine, along with eating right. Also, should I keep with the 100% whey along with the wt gainer again with eating enough food??

I repeat what I said when you asked pretty much the same question 2 days ago here.

Those weight gainers are crap. Make your own.

They are also not good for after a workout. Stick to whey + quality carbs.

Those weight gainers are full of sugar. You should stick to protein and good quality carbs like Emma said.
