dude unless you are taking some illegal topical gells or pro hormone gells, you are kidding yourself, those gels you see are plain bullshit, i can't even start to explain how stupid that shit is, if you dont want to lower your calories then eat extremly clean foods. Diet makes your abs show not some fat burning gel. If you want to use a fatburner try some redline from vpx.

this is the funniest shit i've read in a long time, your livin in a dream world bro! you think you can lose weight by adding 15 mins to your 30 min cardio session and rubbing some gel on you? adding time to your cardio session will probably burn less fat... its all about intensity not duration! and the fat loss gels are pretty worthless IMO, unless your on an extremely strict cutting diet and are trying to shift a bit of stubborn fat... they will certainly do nothing for you!

but the dumbest thing about all this is that your willing to fork out $50 on a few bottles of cutting gel... but your not willing to cut your food intake (so instead of saving money and getting cut your planning on spending extra money and not getting cut) really don't make sense

getting ripped is all in the diet, ask anyone on here! best thing to do is get to the diet forums and put up your diet and details and get some help on cutting back you diet so you can lose fat, supps are not a quick fix, diet comes 1st

just check your diet, eat clean, and overtime your abs will be displayed for all the world to see. Without seeing your diet and not knowing your stats, I would suggest not to drop calories any lower, just eat cleaner foods. Check the stickies in the Diet forum for foods you should be consuming on a cut.

Apparantly you are the ignornant one. Hows about doing a search for Absolved and Lipo Y and see how many people have had great results for it.

This stuff is not Cutting Gel which just releases water so stop being so ignorant and do some research.

It does not get rid of fat. It gets rid of water under the skin. So does Preparation H. There is no physiological way you can get rid of fat, except for the muscles to burn it.

No true! Absolved and LipoY are fat mobilizers. It releases FFA into the blood stream of the localized area to be used as energy. Now if you don't have a caloric deficit then obviously those FFA will not be used and will be re-deposited.

OH BOY!, I better stay out of this one, im hated enought in here. LOL. But I truly agree with YOUNG D. The kid wants a quick fix, we told him what he didn't want to hear and he was a little smarty about it. I agree to not lower his calories but eat clean food, We all know that you can't just rub on a gel and expect a miracle if your diet is tacobell, it just doesnt work that way.

He is not looking for a quick fix. He's been working on a healthy diet. I wouldn't suggest him using any topical fat mobilizers right now until he's a bit older and gets his eating and training in check.

What made me so mad about this thread are the blanket statements saying that this stuff doesn't work where in fact it does work. Instead of just making empty statements like that you should check out Avant's site, read and research. There is no such thing as a miracle but there are things that help and it isn't PrepH.
