How to keep what you've gained?

Can you actually keep the lean mass you've gained after a PH cycle? I had a friend who gained something like 20lbs of muscle in two months on andro steroids of some sort, but he said he lost it all within a year. I'm pretty positive he didn't do PCT, because he didn't know what it was when I asked him.

Now the big question is this...

Can you keep your gains without resorting to more PH's?

all depends on your PCT, I have yet to hear of anyone keeping EVERYTHING but I read about some that kept at least 50% of there gains but you have to do PCT and do it correctly with the right substances and for a reasonable amount of time.

    1. PCT. High estrogen and cortisol levels are against everything youre working for.

    2. Eat. Eat right, and eat big.

    3. Lift. A lot of people stop lifting correctly after juicing. A lot of people train like they did on cycle (which is overtraining offcycle.) So lift right and lift heavy.
