    Question!

    Can I mix my creatine and flax oil with my whey? and when do I drink it after or before work out?

    if you are drinking your whey pwo for hyper-absorption, then i would not take flax at that time. it will slow the absorption... with that in mind, i would take the creatine pwo for that exact reason. i usually do one flax gel with b'fast and one with dinner and creatine before and after any strenuous exercise. (ie- cardio, hockey, wieghts.) but that's just me. i'm sure someone else can wiegh in on this one.

    I take creatine with my protein right after workout and my oils right before bed.
