I've used powder creatine before but not for a very long period of time and saw some gains with that. I plan to get back on it again soon, but i wanted to see if creatine serum would be a better choice than plain pure creatine powder. any suggestions???
Thanks, Prince! I just got done reading another thread about it, and im convinced and im going to stick to my powder creatine. has anyone heard of an herb called R. rosea, i think thats the name of it. I read that it can help with making some good gains. anyone know anything?
