    which protien powder?

    I usually just buy the 100% whey protien from GNC, but i want to order some from allthewhey.com but im not sure what kind to get. what is the difference between hydrolyzed isolate, pure isolate, and concentate isolate? i want something i can take first thing in the morning and after my workouts? oh...and creatine mixed with grape juice, before or after workout?

    Creatine and juice after workout.

    I get the blend(the cheapest one).

    Hi there.
    Can anyone tell me if they tried out Pro-trains new Ultra whey Isolate www.pro-train.co.uk the spec and the price looks really good but I was wondering if any of you guys have tried it?
