    Glutamine intake

My glutamine says to take 1/3 teaspoon (1.9 grams) once before training daily. This seems like a pretty small amount to me, especially considering how big the tub is. Does this sound about right? Also what time of the day is ideal to take it on non-training days? Any help would be much appreciated.

Yes you should be taking more then that. Anywhere from 10-20g's daily is average. I know you should take it post workout and I believe before bed are fine times to take it.

    I normally take 10g of L-Glutamine 30 mins. pre-workout / 30 mins. post-workout and 5g before bedtime. Non-training days 10g in the morning.

    Peace
