    Vitamins

    What vitamins do you take? What should an average person( well not average but one who trains and diets) take?

    Muti Vitamins. Gells preferably. Fish Oils with omega 3 and 6 and 9. Folic acid. Vitamin C and E, and Vitamin B-12. Etc.

    i like mega mens, or animal pak. only problem is, mega mens in expensive, and animal pak, is packed full of vitamins that you piss out. atleast you know your gettin your nutrients.

    Make sure you are getting plenty of Zinc too. I get a Magnesium/Zinc combo and take in 260% of the USRDA for both just in that. I find that potassium is important too, as well as glucosamine/chondroitin if your joints ache.
