Actually, VPX is about to release their Hoodiax supplement Dietex, and I was one of the testers of the product. Goodbye appetite...I lost like 4 lbs while on it!

Probably mostly water as my calories were down. Obviously these products are best for people that need to lose alot of fat or are dieting hard for an event and are having trouble with their appetite and cravings. Normally I would never use such a product, but I wanted to be in on the testing so I would know about the stuff first hand, and could speak about it with truth. Originally Posted by topolo

yup, definitely discussion over at avant about this..
so far sounds like it's a superior appetite suppressant
i may grab some if i have any problems with my diet...but i doubt it. eating clean and smart, not any ridiculously extreme cutting or anything so i should be fine

Hoodia did nothing for me and I took what is supposedly the strongest stuff out there. It actually made me starve!!! I have never had a supplement make me so hungry.....I just HAD to have something and quickly. For me....Hoodia just sucked!!

I guess it works different for each individual.
I tried the pure form of hoodia not mixed with anything else for 3 weeks and the only thing it suppressed was my wallet.Was on a Ephedrine buying Frenzy before it was to late... Now, I've got enough stocked up to last 10 years!!

I tried a sample pack of Hoodia and it was effective. Having said that 200mg of caffeine has the same appetite suppressant effect on me.
