    zma question

im 20 years old and started taking zma..since im fairly young and i havent completely stopped growing yet i was wondering will the elevated testosterone levels alter the features on my face (i heard testosterone can sometimes effect the chin or jawline, i heard gh does this with people who's growth plates have already closed)

What does GH have to do with ZMA?

I use ZMA. I like it. It's supposed to elevate natural test levels; basically if anything, you'll get more zits.

it has nothing to do with gh, but since testosterone effects your jawline, chin, body hair, etc. when your still growing, i was just wondering if within a years time lets say my features will be altered (if so then i think i'l stop and wait til im older when my levels will drop)

I take ZMA.. I don't necessarily buy the Test boost claims (but I am also in no position to deny them), but I do feel I sleep deeper.

You might not see results, but you will get them over a period of time. IMO, it is a supp worth taking.

Are you talking about your growth plates closing prematurely? This will never happen with something like ZMA. Any strength gains from ZMA are purely placebo effect IMO. It does work well as a sleep aid, but that's it. A waste of money if you ask me unless you are having trouble sleeping.

    LMAO!

no zma will not do any of those! it all it dose is prevent a zinc defficiency (if you have one) and the magnesium helps you get a restful nights sleep, IMO it barely effects test production! i like zma and i use it all the time now because its cheap and helps me sleep well.. i don't think the test benefits are worth much

the only product that is gonna noticabely alter your jawline and reshape your bones is hgh, zma certainly won't!

    peace
