Ephedrine also significantly increases resting metabolic rate and while synephrine barely does. Smells like spam to me...

Synephrine ideally supresses your appetite. It can be a useful product/ingredient.

yes it may be useful, but saying it has the same fat burning qualities as ephedra is incorrect...
