    Question a newbies stack

    this is the stack i plan to use. trying to get lean and mean i am about 23.50% bodyfat, and weight is 216 and 70 inches tall and my age 30.

    i plan to do alot of cardio running about 20 mins a day just wonding if the supplents would do anygood i guess. anyone every use these products with great success what was you workout?

    I love taking redline before I lift but Id stay away from it if your doing real intense cardio.
