When should I take milk thistle ? Before my cycle , during or after ? Or all of the above ?I just both some milk thistle . I'm gonna start a 1-ad cycle like some of you might of noticed. I have every dose for my cycle calculated (1-ad and the pct with nolvadex) . I just need to know when to take the milk thistle. I know its not essential for a 1-ad cycle , but It's just an extra precaution to me.

some recommend taking milk thistle during and pct, while others (including myself) prefer to just use milk thistle pct for various reasons

I would take milk thistle on cycle. for those who drink regularly, I would take it 365 days a year. it's a cheap supplement...

A common misconception is that milk thistle will make your liver cleanse more of the M1T out of your system. I highly doubt there is any truth to this due to the fact that M1T is such a strong oral steroid and milk thistle can't help your liver operate much more efficiently than without it, but it's good for overall liver health so go for it on cycle.

I've just finished taking milk thistle for a week prior to my starting an M1T cycle. I won't be taking it again until I start PCT.
But that's just me.
