Anabolic

Is there any anabolic I can take while cutting. Right now all I take is creatine and protine. Have never used it but would like to see if any of this works for me. I know some of this stuff they are going to quit selling later on this month.

What's the point? You can't really 'build' muscle while calorically deficient...

all you can hope to do is sustain what you have.

that's when it would be benificial to a person that eats a clean diet and knows what he's doing in the gym

I personally wouldn't reccomend PH/PS's. You've got the rest of your life to get "bigger"

you want to use heavy anabolics to build/increase muscle mass and heavy androgens when dieting down...

Dumbest statement made in the Anabolic Zone for Nov

Where do you get androgens. I found it at bodybuilding.com. You rub it on your skin though. Not sure if this is the right stuff.

Some people say that when you are a calorie deficit you can not gain muscle. Your only hope is to maintain. I wonder when they say maintain if they are refering to no gains in size or when they lift they do not go up in weights. I move up in weights just that I am not moving up very quickly. Just want to see bigger gains. I know I need to eat more to gain mass but I am about 15%bf right now so I think I still need to cut.

Then just cut to your desired bf% and then bulk. Trying to do the same at one time will result in little results. If you try to increase the calories to bulk, you'll put on fat, but if you try to cut the calories to cut and increase cardio, you won't see the gains that you would if you did them in separate stages.

There is always some degree of anabolism and some degree of catabolism going on in every living cell. Even without juice, it is possible. The closer you get to your "genetic limit", the harder if becomes.

What do you mean by genetic limit? And at what stage should I start to bulk. I guess it is safe to assume that the more cardio you do the less muscle gains you will see. I would like to bulk at 15% bf not sure if that is low enough but the way I see it is I bulk put on more muscle and I may cut easier and faster. Also how mush fat should I see put on while bulking.

the fatter you are the easier it is to gain more body fat...personally 15% is the maximum bf% I would ever get too

whats this genetic limit? do you eventually come to a point you were you just cant put up anymore weight and would have to gain weight yourself to increase how much your lifting? Im only asking because I dont weigh very much and have been having a hard time putting more weight on some of my lifts.

So I need to get down to about 10% bf then. 15% is an estimation(using calipers). I am 5'9" and 205 pounds.

I see small gains everyweek on a 2500 cal diet. I just do not know when to cut and bulk.
