Well I'm starting my first cycle of 1-AD and trying to make sure Im doing it right

So I'm gonna do it for 6 weeks. 300g a day, one per meal. Then for the PCT

    6OXO
Week 1 – 600mg daily in two divided doses, morning and night
    Week 2-3 – 400mg daily
    Week 4 – 300mg daily

Is that the way to do it or do I need more time on 6OXO?

your pct looks fine. but 1ad is low especially for a 6wk cycle. Most people bump it up to 600-900mg the last few weeks. But this is your first cycle so it would be fine.

I don't think i'd go as high as 900mg's. Stay between 300-600mg's and you'll be fine. Save the heavy dosing for another cycle in the future...

taking 900mg on a 1st cycle is ridiculous, IMO 600mg on a 1st cycle is too much

i'm running 400mg a day and wouldn't want to go higher, i hear a lot of 1st timers respond great to 300-400mg day, so 300mg/day should be fine for you, but add in a 4th dose if you want

    peace

Well I did over buy a bit on the 1-AD and 6-OXO, so I guess I could just take more. 400mg sounds good. Is there workout I could do to maximize the results I get from using 1-AD?

Train harder, your recovery time will be less, and increase your calorie intake.

throw in some extra workouts, up the volume and/or frequency of your lifting, on 1-ad your muscles are gonna recover faster
