m1t use when not bulking heavy
hey, i already know m1t is basically made to be used when doing a heavy bulk (like i did not too long ago, 1 lb/day gains for 1.5 weeks).
ive seen it asked before and read that it could be done to take m1t when trying to lean up, but its not the best steroid for doing so. however, i have two bottles left of it and was wondering if it was possible to work a plan so that they are effective. i am 190 lbs now, and so my calorie requirements for the day are about 3000 cals. i am cutting for spring break, but im cutting much faster than i believed i would. my fat is practically falling off. trying to see if its possible to keep cutting but gain some more lean mass. not much, but a tad. my sides for m1t were pretty calm, shrinkage of the testes was the biggest negative, as well as stretch marks, but my libido went up and i experienced very little lethargy. on the plus side my strength and size shot up like crazy. would it work to take m1t, then eat about 2500 clean calories a day, with an assload of protein and just a moderate amount of complex carbs? keep the fat down so the cals are coming from the protein and complex carbs, then supplement w a good amount of flax oil for my EFAs. is this a good or bad idea? why or why not?

IMO it's pointless to try to cut while on M1T, because you hold so much water that you will look smoothed over as hell anyway so it will be hard to tell if your really cutting, not cutting or just holding water, so why not keep the calories up to get the most out of the cycle, then you'll piss the water out during PCT and after PCT cut.

Its a fine idea.... I read a log from a guy that did it. Ill try to find it. He was very, very successful. Same plan as you have.

You could try to run M1T with something like M5AA, but two methyls is harsh on the body. You could run the M5AA with something like 1-Test for a good cut, or just run some M4OHN

I haven't read those articles, but M1T is awesome for cutting. I like your plan for the diet as well. Low-fat, EFAs, complex carbs, protein should provide at least 40% of calories. Keep your metabolism high by doing cardio 6 times a week. You shouldn't hold much water on M1T, and as mentioned it will be gone within days of ending the cycle. I'd stack with ECA or T3 for sure. I bet you can burn 10 lbs of fat and keep all the muscle in 4 weeks if you do it right.

Pirate's advice (as always) is good. Heed it.
I just recommend you dont jog. As I posted in the thread on AM, I get real bad shin pains when I try running while on M1T. I recommend biking, etc. But as he said, M1t is great for cutting, and I've had success with it myself. |

I don't know if it would help on a M1T cycle. I didn't have major cramp issues. I use it for clen, because clen depletes your taurine stash. It is one of the most abundant amino acids in your body. Without it, your muscles could get sore and not recover as well--which many people report from clen use. Supplementing potassium is pointless. Eat foods high in potassium if that is an issue with you.
