supplement question

Is there anything I can take to help me cut, or do I just need to eat clean and do cardio and lift.

There are some supplements that help a little bit, but diet is the biggest factor.

I take zenzdrine now but it is crap. Does not help much. What are the supps?

If you're training, diet and nutrition are all in order I would say a good fat burner might give you an extra 10-15% boost.

However, if they are not in order it will do little to nothing.

Rob , what kind of fat burner would you recommend for that extra 10-15% ?

My training and diet is in check. What are the good fat burners out there?
I take zenadrine and cla now.
