ZMA or Forza-T

I was reading a reply by Robert DiMaggio, I think, and he was saying that the testosterone levels start decreasing at age 25, I'm 23.

So I guess my Test is still in a good level, so my question is should I use a ZMA supplement or Forza-T by Instone (Forza-T contains ZMA, Tribulus Terrestis and 6 Oxo). Cuz I don't wanna mess with my hormones.

I'm just curious about those supplements. I already have the Forza-T, but I was consedering using Acetabolan III instead.

I was planning to cycle 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off and or 5 days on, 2 days off per week. Just to try, but some people say it takes around 6 weeks to see results with Testosterone Booster supplements.

Any idea???

Thank you,

Flakko

ZMA won't do much of anything for your test levels, but I find it helps me sleep.

Forza-T costs way too much.

A quality tribulus product would probably be your best bet. Of course I have to recommend this

Acetabolan is muscletech.. as a general rule, don't buy muscletech
