Ban on prohormons to what extent?

This might be a stupid question, as I have not kept myself up to date with the situation regarding the pro hormone ban, but I take it that this only affects the United States, and other countries will such as the UK will not be effected, furthermore, will people from the US try and order from the UK in the future then?

I mean...

people will probably be trying to smuggle prohormones in vitamin boxes after coming back from the uk after business or holidays, haha.

That's actually not a bad idea if you're lucky enough to go to the UK on business.
