Amping it up on M1T

I've been taking 5mg of M1T for three day now, two of which have been workout days (today it not). It might be a placebo effect (mind of body) but I don't feel as sore from my workouts as I usually do.

Monday was chest and biceps. Usually the I feel a little sore for the remainder of the day and very sore the next day or two when the acute inflammatory response kicks in. However, this time I've felt very little pain.

Yesterday was legs. Today I should be walking like a prison bitch, but I'm not. I only have a slight ache in the adductor and glutes.

The obvious question, was my intensity below my usual level? No. If anything it was above. This week, based on my logs of past performance, I added weight to several of my exercises. Based on an intensity measurement of (weight x reps) / time my intensity went up. Yet I feel little pain.

I'm currently working out four days a week. I plan to double up my exercises. I thought about simply adding more sets, but I'm already winded and sweating like a pig after my workout. Heck, on legs days I'm usually close to throwing up. I do three sets per exercises and three exercises per body part. I do every set to failure.

I would appreciate any thoughts, especially from those who have done M1T/4DERM cycles.

I've only run one M1T Cycle so far. I picked up 14 pounds in 2 weeks and my body fat stayed the same. My workouts were definitely more intense. As for being sore afterwords, I really didn't notice any difference between being on or off cycle. I usually don't' get too sore after I've been in a routine for a week or so.

I've seen bloodwork that indicates shutdown after three days of M1T usage so I wouldn't be supriised if you're feeling the effects already. If you're taking every set to failure I wouldn't increase the volume much personally. Remember that connective tissues take longer to recuperate than muscle. Too much intensity and volume combined with lack of recuperation is a recipe for overtraining. Good luck with the cycle.

Thanks redspy.

I've made a point to take glucosamine and MSM in preparation for my cycle. I'm paying very close attention to my joints and ligaments. I'm also keeping an eye out for any symptoms of over training.

I'm constantly hungry. My cals are up to 4800 right now. BTW, ON's Serious Mass is very good. Just don't try mixing it with a spoon. I tried that with the chocolate flavor and it wound up looking like a mutant form of Coco Puffs.

I'm pretty sure that I'm starting to feel the effects. In addition to the faster recuperation, my muscle feel more solid and...well...let's just say a certain part of my body may be going on a vacation...

Keep us updated on your progress. 5mg is great dose, it's still anabolic yet keeps the sides to a minimum. I used that dose on a cutting cycle with Trimax as I needed a strong androgen to limit muscle loss.

I didn't pay too much attention to my diet. I kept it a 6meals/day lots of protein and health carbs. I used 6-oxo for pct. I was using creatine at that time so some of the weight was definately water.

Maybe a little lethargy. This morning I found it a little hard to get up. But that could have been because I only had 6 hours of sleep, whereas I usually get 7.5 to 8. Plus, I had had a fairly tough day at work.

If I run into any more sides I'll let you know.

And bump your 4DERM up to 4 sprays both AM and PM.

Hey i just wanted to see how your cycle is going im in day 3 of mine and will be taking my fourth tonight before bed, 10 mg ed and 4 sprays of 4derm twice daily. Anyways i will have to agree with you on the intensity of my workouts being increased, but i was still very sore the day after my back/bi workout. Anyways let me know how its going

The lethargy it a little more pronounced. I still think it revolves around not getting enough sleep. My goal for tonight and tomorrow is to get at least eight hours of sleep and see what happens to my lethargy.

I've heard that M1T pretty much kills the libido, but this is not the case. For me at least. My libido has actually gone up.

I've doubled the number of exercises per week for all body parts except the legs. So far, I seem to be handling it quite well.

Starting Monday I'll be upping the M1T dosage to 10mg per day. I'll be maintaing this dosage until the end of the cycle in two weeks.

On a side note, I thought that the common paring of muscles were chest/biceps and back/triceps. Why are you doing back/biceps?

The 4-ad is what is making your libido increase. My recovery time was awesome on M1T. I did high volume, high intensity workouts and felt completely recovered the next day. Take it light during PCT, or you will not only get sore, but overtrain and lose muscle because if it. It's like being a virgin for the very first.

I thought it was the 4-AD. Thanks for the info on PCT!

I've read a bit about how long one needs to wait after a cycle until they can do a cutting phase, but I'd like to know what you think is the proper time. You're one of the few I really trust here when it comes to AAS/PS/PH.

I had read that some people claimed to get little or no benefit from UL's M1T.

I think it was Pirate (I could be wrong) who postulated that the coating on the tablet may be too thick and that breaking the table may help with absorption.

I figured it couldn't hurt.

Good to hear your handling your cycle well cfs3. I work back/biceps together because the biceps are involved in almost every back exersize, i believe. And i think you may have a greater possibility of overtraining your bi's if you do them on a seperate day, but i could be wrong.

Also i have not had trouble waking up in the morning yet, but did have a little trouble getting to sleep last night.

I have mentioned that there have been a relatively large amount of people who report that UL did nothing for them when other M1T products did. I think there was just some bad batches or something. No way is the coating too thick. The acid in your stomach has no problem eating through the coating in under 30 min.

This is certainly debatable, but I would say 6 weeks after coming off is a safe time to start cutting. This would be about 2 weeks after pct. You can tell when everything is back to normal and the natural test is up again. It took me 30 days of pct to feel more "normal" after a 20 day M1T/4-ad cycle, but others recover at different rates. The high doses might be why my recovery sucked. I never had that problem with 1-ad. Ideally, you don't want to cut unless you are sure that your test production is what it was before your cycle started. Cut slowly, though. Losing one pound a week is a great rate for keeping all your LBM.

As always, thanks for the advice Pirate. I've cut back on my cals a little to minimize weight gain. I need to see if it has any effect on my LBM gains though.

As of today I'm on 10mg of M1T. I'm keeping the same level of 4DERM though.

As for the lethargy, after getting an average of 9 hours of sleep the last two nights, I feel fine. I just need to keep my sleep at, or above, 8 hours a night.

I'm looking forward to this week. Most people have said that M1T really starts to kick in after the first week and I've already seen some good gains.

cfs3, what kind of gains have you noticed so far? I made some good gains on my squats yesturday, i did more reps and sets than i normally would've have and im not as sore as i normally would be today. Also on a sides note i've noticed some acne, where i haven't had acne in awhile.

I making a point of not weighing my self until I've finished my cycle. However, it obvious that I've gained muscle. My delts and pecs are quite larger. In addition, my muscles as a whole are much firmer.

In the last week I've added at least of 5 or 10 pounds to all non-leg exercises and about 15 pounds to all leg exercises and my level of post-workout fatigue and acute inflammation are much less than before, even considering the increase in weights.

I've had no increase in acne so far. What is your dosage?

that sounds really good so far. 10mg ed i got m1t in gelcaps so i didnt have the choice to split them into 5mg
