quick newbie creatine question
hi im currently just takeing 5grams of creatine a day and whey can i taske this everyday for ages or should i stop with the creatine very now and then?

what prince said. some people cycle it but i don't believe there is reason for that. i've been taking 10g a day for like 5 months straight.
