Good Enough Never Is

When is the best time to take certain vitamins?
When is the best time in relation to the time of day/time of lifting to take certain vitamins and minerals and other suppliments?
I just read that it is good to take VitaminC right after you lift as an antioxident to help with the released free-radicals from lifting. I have heard to take glutamine on an empty stomach first thing when you wake up, in your pre-shake, and post shake...about 5g each time.
