Any recommendations on fat burners that won't make me cranky?

My husband hates for me to take fat burners because they tend to make me jittery or on edge. Has anyone tried any that don't have that effect that actually work?

It's the stimulant effect that make you jittery and thermogenics contain stimulants. Have you tried a smaller dose? You can easily control the dose of an ECA stack.

I haven't tried smaller doses, but then again I haven't taken any thermos for a few years. I've been trying to lose the fat without them, but I'm not doing very good. SO, I thought that I might start taking some again if I can find one that doesn't have ephedrine in it.

Products without ephedrine in them should be extremely abundant these days

Hmmmm....I was advised to not do as much cardio as I have been and increase my lifting intensity. But, I was curious if anyone had a suggestion for a fat loss supplement. But, thanks.

Very good, when coupled with intelligent nutritional intake and useful cardio, alongside intense lifting.

If you are bulking, decrease cardio, but if you want to cut step it up. Bulk to your desired weight then cut IMO

I've had woman say they have had good results with SAN Tight, but I cannot speak to the issue of moods.

I've been taking Cytodyne's Xenadrine NRG the last nine months and it is the best fat burner I've used. If you want to try it, I would recommend starting with a half dose( 1 tablet) and seeing what happens. 2 may be too much for you. Another alternative is not to take it every day. Only take it before your workouts, 15-30 minutes before.

Pure ephedrine and caffeine should give you less mood issues than ephedra which is a hodgepodge of isomers, including quite a bit of psuedoephedrine.

kaizen ephedrine comes in 8mg tabs so you can adjust your E dosage and its pure. DNE makes a bunch of different caffiene doses.

I know a decent number of women that use thermorexin, if anything its mood elevating perhaps because of the vinpocetine and acetyl-l-tyrosine.
