i use ON 100% whey protien(choclate) it tastes good on its own.. but sometimes i like to mix Ovaltine in with it for a little extra flavor since Ovaltine already has alot of vitamins and minerals in it.. when i drink it on the go i usually get a funnel and funnel the whey into a aquafina bottle or whatever i feel.. then when i need to drink it i go to random drinking fountain fill up with water.. shake for 15 seconds.. and cheers!

mine is 23g of protein per seving.. so basically 23g of protein for 1 scoop.. the scoops are relativley small too.. i actually think its alot of protein per serving(1scoop).
i kno what u mean tho. ive had the same problem with that.. i got some isopure in the packet form and it said 50g of protein.. i go to dump it in a shaker.. and its like wtf why is half my shaker taken up with protein.. but yeah ON whey is deff good when it comes to protein to serving ratio. today i made this awsome concoction.. well not much of a concoction.. but it tasted hella good. i took some fat free pancake mix (about 1 cup) and stirred in a little kashi and some oatmeal (1 cup ) threw it in the pan and made some oatmeal kashi pancakes!!! YUM YUM!!! |

i use whey protein isolate, nature's best zero carb isopure
i use that because two important things: 1. the sweetener is sucralose of splenda, this is the most secure sweetener, other brands use asparteme and acesulfame K or sugar. 2. this whey contains zero carbs and zero fats which effects on the digestion. |

eg a 240lbs guy w/ 9%BF will be able to utilise a lot more protein in one go than say a 130lbs guy w/15%BF there is no set limit for everyone, that is just straight up bull |
