Ive been taking the regular redline for a while and I was wondering if anyone has used the gel caps. If so are they as effective?

Id recommend the Redline Quickhits. Theyre single serving packets. I like em, maybe worth checkin into.

I saw an ad for them so maybe theyre not out yet. Ill just stick to the regular stuff then.

no they are out i got em at my shop and bulk nutrition has them i think
