Confusion of What to Take and When

Ok there is a lot of different opinions about what to take and when from what I have noticed....but I just wanted to see if I am taking my supplements and eating etc in the right order for maximum recovery and gains ..

Wake up : Drink Protein Shake
30 Mins later Have Breakfast (Take Time released Multi and Glutamine tablet)

(1hr 30 mins - 2 hrs later)Snack + Weight Gainer + a scoop of Protein

(1hr 30 mins - 2hr later)Lunch

(1 hour 30 mins later)Pre Training (45 mins before actual training)
- 5 Grams of Creatine, Protein Shake, Glutamine, Piece of fruit

Train.
(10 mins after training) - Eat a Apple(or Fruit) Take Protein Shake + Creatine +Glutamine

45 mins later Eat Full pre workout Meal + Multi

Snack + Weight Gainer

Dinner

Before bed Protein shake With Flexseedoil and whipped Cream + Glutamine.

- Damn a tiny complex, but I would really like to know if someone could critique or point out any mistakes....I am aware I didn't include my diet, but I'm generally happy with it, it is well balanced and each meal includes Fish or meat. I also cook only with olive oil, or I grill. ...some might argue I take too much glutamine...even my protein shake has glutamine in it, but I don't get any stomach cramps from it, so I don't see how it could be bad, but please tell me if im wrong.

Any input Greatly appreciated. Thanks for reading it.

Oh yea, and my objective is bulking.

If ur bulking, how bout throwing in some dairies, whole grain carbs (oats, pasta, bread), veggies by the truckload, eggs, beef....U can also make ur own weight gainer instead of ingesting tons of sugar from "commercial" ones...

Life is what you make of it, not what it makes you...TAKE CHARGE!

I thought I would Include my shopping list too for people to get an idea of what I eat too so maybe if that would help them judge the question better.

Olive Oil
Oats
Eggs
Chicken Breast
Tuna
Fresh Salmon
Desert Cream
Chips (ie Potatoes)
Beans
Peanut Butter
Bread
Noodles
Cottage Cheese
Tomatoes
Mixed Frozen vegetables
Apples and bannanas

I know the question is not about diet, but i think people are curious to see if it might effect when and how much..and how....to take the supps.

-thanks

all those powders are gonna give you an allergy to them. same thing happens when you try living on tuna or eggs. your body developes an allergy to it that may last several years. i couldnt eat eggs for the longest time from eating them raw all the time...anyway i used to eat a pound of protein a day everyday and got big, but fat. your body definately becomes softer when you switch to more powders instead of meat. i bet money whey is more like just dried milk powder with flavor. i dont believe it is all protein.

eating eggs raw in general is just plain dumb, drinking protein shakes is not.

well,, keep taking 8 protein shakes for a year or 2 and then decide if it was a good idea or not.
