San Tight Q?
Hi,When is the best time a day to take tight?befor your workout or after with your PWO meal?also i read that tight give you a energy boost when workingout, has anyone of you guys felt some kind of boost?if so how meny min befor your workout should you take it?

First thing in the AM, with meals, and before your WO.
Ya it gives some energy, thats half the point. Id recommend about 20 min before your WO. |
